Matcha House began with my love for matcha and a simple thought: I wanted to bring the kind of matcha I loved to Delhi.
During my journey through Japan, I became fascinated by the care, patience, and craftsmanship that go into producing matcha. Behind every bowl are generations of knowledge, dedicated tea farmers, and a tradition that deserves to be respected.
When I returned to Delhi, I wanted to create something that felt different. A space where matcha wasn’t just another drink on the menu, but something people could truly appreciate.
I wanted to stay true to what I believe good matcha should be — thoughtfully sourced, freshly whisked, and prepared with care. Never rushed, with no unnecessary shortcuts. Just good matcha, made fresh for every guest.
Matcha House is my way of sharing something I genuinely love with a city I call home. The space, the menu, and every little detail reflect my belief that simple things can be special when they’re done with intention.

From the matcha we source in Japan to the way we whisk every bowl, quality is at the heart of what we do. We respect the traditions behind matcha while creating our own way of bringing it into everyday life in Delhi.
For me, Matcha House has always been about more than matcha. It’s about creating a space where you can slow down, find your favourite drink, try something new, or simply enjoy a little moment for yourself.
